Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2026. This is a draft website policy and is not legal advice.
This policy explains what information Bradenton Screen Company (“we”, “us”) collects through this website and how it is used. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to the practices described here.
Information you provide
When you request an estimate using our form, we collect:
- your first and last name
- your phone number
- your email address
- the physical address of the property
- the service you are requesting
Submission and technical information
Along with the details you enter, each request records the page of this website it was sent from, the date and time it was received and basic information about your browser (its user-agent description).
To protect the form from spam and abuse, the website also processes limited technical information when you submit a request. Your internet (IP) address is converted into a scrambled, one-way code (a “hash”), and that code — not the address itself — is stored with the request. We use it only to limit repeated submissions from the same connection, to recognize duplicate requests sent within a short time and for general security and abuse prevention. We also check your phone number and email address against recent requests so the same request isn’t saved twice.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs as part of operating the website. Our map in the footer is provided by Google Maps, which may collect information under Google’s own privacy policy when it loads.
How we use your information
- to respond to your request and contact you about an estimate
- to schedule and carry out work you approve
- to keep records of requests and protect the form from abuse
We do not sell your personal information.
How information is stored
Estimate requests are stored in a secure database that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the business and respond to requests.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the website and respond to requests (for example, hosting and database providers), or when required by law.
Your choices
If you have questions about information you submitted, or would like to update it, please call 941-297-4503.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
